You can delete your MasterTuning app account and everything attached to it. The quickest way is from inside the app; if you no longer have it installed, use the form below.
From the app, in two taps
Open Garage, then Delete account. It happens straight away and you do not need to write to us.
If you no longer have the app
Tell us the email address you signed up with. We send a confirmation to that address before deleting anything: it is what stops someone else from asking for your account to be deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your login credentials
- The vehicles in your Garage, number plates included
- The identifiers your devices use to receive notifications
What stays, and why
Quote requests you already sent remain with the workshop: they are commercial correspondence, and the law requires it to be kept. If you want those removed too, say so in the form and we will handle them separately.
How long it takes
Within 30 days of confirming, usually much sooner. We write to you when it is done.
